Danica Patrick's Education Background

Danica Patrick is a American race car driver, who also works as a model, television host and actor.
Patrick was born in Beloit, Wisconsin and grew up in Roscoe, Illinois. Her racing career began at the age of ten with go-karting and she eventually won several World Karting Association track championships.
At Hononegah Community High School, Patrick was a cheerleader. However, she opted to drop out of high school and get her GED. At the age of 16, Patrick moved to England to further her racing career.
In 2005, Patrick began racing in the IRL IndyCar Series. She has also raced in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and the K&N Pro Series East. Although Patrick has never been the champion of a major American auto race, she is considered to be a talented driver. She hosted several TV shows on Spike TV, and Patrick appeared in the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated and a number of advertisements.
