Eva Longoria's Education Background

Eva Longoria was born on March 15, 1975 in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas. Her parents are Enrique Longoria Jr. and Ella Eva Mireles. She grew up on the family ranch with her four older sisters.
Longoria attended Marvin P. Baker Middle School and later Roy Miller High School. Longoria received her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
Once aspiring to be a model, Longoria was discovered by an agent while she was competing in talent contests. Longoria first caught the public’s attention when she starred in the soap opera The Young and the Restless from 2001 to 2003. She was nationally recognized during the 2000’s after she appeared in many high-profile advertising campaigns. Her first major film appearance was in the The Sentinel, and she also appeared in Harsh Times as the character of Sylvia.
2004 was the year that Eva became a prime time star on Desperate Housewives.
