Marcia Cross' Education Background

Marcia Ann Cross was born on March 25, 1962 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. She is the daughter of Mark and Janet Cross. She is the daughter of Mark and Janet Cross. Marcia also has two sisters, Susan and Ellen.
In 1980, Cross graduated from Marlborough High School, where she participated in the theater program. Cross went on to graduate from the prestigious Juilliard School in New York. Cross also earned her masters degree in psychology from Antioch College in Los Angeles.
Cross has has a successful television career, and also takes occasional roles on the stage. In 1992, Cross gained recognition as Dr. Kimberly Shaw in the FOX drama Melrose Place. She also appeared on The Edge of Night, Knots Landing, Seinfeld, Spin City, King of Queens and Cheers. Since 2004, Cross has been a lead member of the Desperate Housewives cast in her role as Bree Van de Kamp.
