Patrick Dempsey's Education Background

Patrick Galen Dempsey was born January 13, 1966 in Lewiston, Maine. Dempsey is an American actor who most current television role is as Dr. Derek Shepherd Grey’s Anatomy. Before appearing on the show, he earned much fame in film.
He attended Buckfield High School and St. Dominic Regional High School. Dempsey spent some of his schooling years in Turner, Maine. There he attended Leavitt Area High School for his freshman through junior years.
Dempsey began his acting career on the stage before moving to television. Dempsey’s film roles have been extensive. He starred in a number of films including Sweet Home Alabama, Enchanted, Freedom Writers, About a Boy, Me and Will,
and Made of Honor. Currently Dempsey lives with his wife and three children in Malibu, California.
