Rhonda Byrne's Education Background

Rhonda Byrne was born on March 12, 1951. She is a native Australian television writer and producer. Byrne is best known her book and film, The Secret. Byrne began her career as a radio producer before moving into television production.
Many of her shows won industry awards and were screened in major countries outside Australia. Byrne has served as producer for Sensing Murder, a television series in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Byrne has also worked on the Australian TV series World’s Greatest Commercials and Marry Me.
In 2006 Byrne released the DVD and the book The Secret. The self help concepts that are presented are based upon William Walker Atkinson’s prior works and school of thought. By the spring of 2007 Byrne had sold nearly 4 million copies of the book and over 2 million copies of the DVD.
These sweeping sells made Byrnes popularity soar. She was recognized as one of the most influential people in the world. Byrne’s book has reached a high level of popularity and criticism. Several claim that the book misleads readers with its claims that positive thinking has the ability to influence a life and real-world outcomes. The film is mainly influenced by Wallace D. Wattles’ 1910 book The Science of Getting Rich.
