Sandra Oh's Education Background

Sandra Oh was born on July 20, 1971 in the Ottawa suburb of Nepean. She is known for portraying the role of Dr. Christina Yang on Grey’s Anatomy.
Oh attended Sir Robert Borden High School and turned down a four-year journalism scholarship to Carleton University. She chose to study drama at the National Theater School of Canada in Montreal. She graduated in 1993.
Oh has won a Golden Globe for her role in Grey’s Anatomy. She has also starred in feature films such as Under the Tuscan Sun and Sideways. She also has a supporting role in the HBO show Arli$$.
